Lets get started.

I started this blog in January and never moved forward to post anything so it's time I did. I have been so busy creating and sewing these past few days that I wanted to show and tell.

In a recent trip to Grand Rapids to visit family I shopped for fabrics that I was inspired by on Etsy. So I located a few quilting shops that had the Amy Butler fabric that I was interested in seeing and of course I bought. The weather has been fabulous here finally, but I have been inside working on projects and feeling great about it. I haven't created anything in several years and have been so consumed by family things that I really need this outlet again, it's therapy for me. Here is the first of several bags I plan to make.

I haven't decided on a latch for it yet. I do have magnets that I may use. I will post that later. That is it for now,
