More Update

I am now several weeks and many uses into the new cleaning products that I posted recipes for I have had only one less than satisfactory result with the dishwasher powder. Last nights load left a residue on everything. My feeling is that the new batch I mixed up was not combined properly and so too much of one ingredient was the cause. So I did them over by hand. Yuk. Tonight I plan to use my regular liquid and then start over with a new batch of the home made powder. I am resolve to not let this little set back steer me away from my mission of going GREEN.

Similarly the laundry formula seems to be working well. I remember hearing once from a cleaning expert that no detergent really cleans in the washing machine. That the best you get is a redistribution of the dirt and bacteria with some of it rinsing away and some remaining in the clothing. So that being the case how can this formula be any worse. If you wanted you could just use half of your regular liquid and half of this formula. For me I am sticking with the GREEN one. Good luck and have fun experimenting..
