Life at the Edge
So we went to the Edge for the weekend and had a wonderful time. Bob took me out to The Bank for our anniversary dinner and we had the best table with a view. I had salmon and he had steak. It was unseasonably warm that day and we had a bit of very heavy rain, thank goodness. Saturday was also a very nice day and while Bob worked up the beach on his tractor I pressed and hemmed all the drapery's for the great room. It took most of the day. Bob tried out a new recipe that he took note of while surfing the net last week, grilled a pineapple and pork loin, yum! Today we went to church after having breakfast at Lefty's. After that we took a ride out the point and stopped to visit friends. Bob then headed to Bay City to mow Andys lawn and pick them up at the airport following a LONG journey home from Japan.
Here are a few pics of the recent projects. The stool Bob made and I upholstered for the bath at the Edge,
and also the entry pillars. Have a great week everyone,

P.S. Bob did great at the fabric store. The whole thing reminded me of Ma in Little house on the Praire waiting for Pa to come from town with supplies.
