YUMMY Rhubarb season


So I had some rhubarb in the freezer from last year and wanted to use it so I looked up this recipe on the web and really loved it. What was different about it was cooking the cornstarch mixture. I then stirred the frozen Rhubarb into it after I took it off the burner. It was very sweet so next time I may use a bit less brown sugar in the crumb topping and even bake the bottom crust a bit before adding the rhubarb and topping for the final 45 min.
