My Organic

We have lived in this old house 19 years this month. When we bought this property it had several apple trees a pear tree and we planted a cherry tree. I usually like to make jams, pies and sauce with the fruit and realized this year that it is all Organic! We have never sprayed the trees we just harvest and use the produce. So here is todays batch. First I pick a few( not the most perfect looking but very good inside)
Then in the pot or pan they go for a slow simmer. Aftercooked pour into your food mill to remove the skins and pulp. Then Voila we have sauce.All Organic.
