Thankful for my regular Oven

Picked up my turkey at the Garden Gate CSA farm on monday only to find it was a bit larger than expected. I requested a 20lb and ended up with this monster 28lb one that would not fit in my roaster. It was a bugger to wrestle with so we ended up baking it ALL night in our regular oven, then transfering it to the roaster to stay warm until dinner.
Ahhhh the leftovers are great, and enough to share with all. Hope your day was a blessing.
